Your Opportunity

As we embark on an ambitious growth journey, we are looking for a self-sufficient, experienced and collaborative Regional Manager to join our team. This is not a job for the faint of heart. You will initially be managing 4 venues which will expand to 10 by the end of the year. Each venue has a shop manager and team members who serve our guests… and they are an incredible group to lead, full of enthusiasm and passion!

As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for venue performance, the standardisation of operations, ensuring all compliance obligations are adhered to and instilling the ANNEES culture. You will also work closely with our Founder and Senior Management Team ensuring there is strong communication and connection between Annee’s Head Quarters (AHQ) and Venue A-teams. 

Here is what your day will look like:

  • Overseeing, tracking and reporting on performance metrics including budgets, venue KPIs and targets. 
  • Building a community across venues including implementing consistent operations and culture norms. 
  • Managing ANNEES guest experience by ensuring a guest-first approach. 
  • Overseeing the implementation of ANNEES training from compliance to performance enhancement. 
  • Coaching and mentoring Shop Managers to ensure A-Teams are appreciated, empowered and passionate. 
  • Ensuring compliance with supply chain management in venues.
  • Developing operational efficiencies and initiatives to increase productivity and profitability. 
  • Ensuring A-Team rostering complies with budgets, rostering processes and statutory obligations.
  • Overseeing the implementation of ANNEES venue marketing campaigns, events and promotions.
  • Managing and reporting on guest experiences including complaints. 
  • Collaborating on ANNEES projects and support the overall growth of the business. 
  • Being an ANNEES ambassador and positively promoting the ANNEES brand and culture.  
  • Having a whole lot of fun. 

What you can bring to the A-Team:

  • 8 + years’ experience in retail or hospitality management.
  • Certificate 4 in hospitality operations or equivalent experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading others and managing shop operations. 
  • A positive, motivated and ambitious attitude.
  • Proven experience in a fast-growing environment. 
  • A friendly, professional and approachable attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Australian work rights.

You will be an engaging ‘people person’ who is self-sufficient, organized and methodical by nature. Whilst we are looking for specific skills, we are open to developing and supporting you if you are a great team fit.
