Your Opportunity

As we embark on an ambitious growth journey, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment and Training Officer to join our team. This is not just a job, but a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ANNEES and the careers of our A-Team. We're on a mission to hire 100 new team members in the next 6 months! 

As the Recruitment and Training Officer, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing the talent that will drive our success. You will work closely with our Founder, Senior Management Team and Venue Teams to build your understanding of our culture and the unique requirements of our staff working in shops. You will then be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.  

Here is what your day will look like:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on industry trends to identify ANNEES talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.
  • Provide recruitment status reports. 
  • Ensure the ANNEES experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the onboarding process and coordinate induction.

Whilst recruitment will be your primary focus, we also have opportunities for you to get involved in training by:

  • Developing ANNEES training programs, including leadership programs, using digital technology.
  • Implementing ANNEES training processes and systems.

What you can bring to the A-Team:

  • Proven experience in recruitment in a fast-growing environment. 
  • Appropriate qualification in Human Resources, or a related field, preferred.
  • An understanding for training development and processes preferred.
  • A friendly, professional and approachable attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license.
