What passions do you have that you incorporate into your work with Annee’s?

I love to make people laugh, although I don’t always hit the mark. When I can connect with people online through humour though, especially right now in the midst of global craziness, it makes me happy. It’s why I enjoyed doing the Sunday Sesh. I’m a bit of a ham.

I also love being creative— you kind of have to be to analyze the work I do!

What’s the biggest misconception people have about your job?

That all I do is chuck some pictures up on Instagram with a caption and call it a day. Social media and marketing initiatives in general are getting more and more advanced by the day! When you work for ACSD you are constantly growing, learning, and expanding your skill set. I went to school for Communications so I’m having to really study the analytic side of my job. I feel grateful to be able to do so and have guidance while doing it. 

You are allowed to put one fun item in the AHQ office: what do you choose?

A whiteboard desk— just a huge table that is primed for writing, doodling, brainstorming, etc. And a mini Annee’s Caphe so I can shake and sip on demand. 

If you could switch places with someone for a day, who would it be?

Louis Theroux. I’d love to see all of the memorabilia he’s collected from his 20+ years of doing documentaries. 

Plus he’s my celebrity crush. I named my cat after him. 

Where would you put an ACSD if you could choose anywhere in the world?

In Sacramento, California near my family and friends.
