ACSD DIGITAL SUNDAY SESH: COCKTAIL AFTER HOURS!

At Annee’s Caphê Sua Da, we love to let our A-Team’s passions shine through. That’s why Cairns Team Lead and resident bartender, Victor, is the host of our new segment of the ACSD Digital Sunday Sesh: Cocktail After Hours!

In this new series, Victor will be showing how to make both classic and inventive cocktails, integrating Annee’s coffee so that you can serve evening tipples with your favourite drip coffee.

Our first week, we’re showing you how to make two signature cocktails: the Classic “Espresso” Martini and the A-Martini, both using Annee’s Drip Coffee. The Classic

  • What you’ll need…

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • ¾ oz coffee liquor

  • ¼ oz vanilla syrup

  • 1 oz Annee’s Drip Coffee

  • Coffee beans garnish

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

2. Add ice so that the shaker is full ¾ of the way

3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds in order to completely chill drink and form a thick layer of crema

4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass

5. Garnish with coffee beans and enjoy!

The A-Martini

What you’ll need…

  • 1.5 Oz Spiced Rum

  • ¾ Oz Butterscotch Schnapps

  • ¼ Oz Condensed Milk

  • 1 oz Annee’s Drip Coffee

  • Condensed Milk

  • Coffee Bean garnish

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

2. Add ice so that the shaker is full ¾ of the way

3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds in order to completely chill drink and form a layer of crema

4. *Optional* Rim chilled martini glass with condensed milk

5. Double strain into a chilled martini glass

6. Garnish with coffee beans and enjoy!
